What if I don't like the color? No problem. Send it back within 30 days for a refund. Your only cost is return shipping.
Can I exchange it? We aren't set up for exchanges. However, you can purchase the item you want and return the item you don't want for a full refund.
What if my item is wrinkled? It probably will be. Due to the nature of an outlet business, some items may have been removed and repackaged. Most window treatments need a little TLC right out of the package. Light steaming or ironing will take care this.
How long do I have? This guarantee is good for 30 days after you receive the order. No returns after 30 days.
